Send an auto chat message to your user.
Send an automated Live Chat message to your users. You can insert images, videos or custom attributes inside a message. If a given user is offline but you have the email address, then the message is automatically send via email that he/she can directly reply to. The message is also saved in the conversation thread, so you have an insight into the entire history of conversation.
For example, if somebody adds something to your cart, you can send an automated Live Chat message: “Hi [name], thanks for adding our product to the cart. Let me know if I can help you to finish the purchase :-)”.
