Clear rules are the first step to protecting your and your client's data.

Section 1 - What do we do with your information?

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience.

When purchasing something from us or use when you use our services for free, as part of the process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When browsing our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Section 4 - Payment

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then UserEngage stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All transactions processed through a gateway provider are not stored or processed on our servers.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our website and its service providers.

Section 5 - Third-Party Services

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

When you click on links on our website, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

To protect your personal information, we takreasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to maksure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosedaltered or destroyed.

Although no method otransmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additionagenerally accepted industry standards.

Cookies are files that a site or its servicprovider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Webrowser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or servicprovider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture anremember certain information.

You have the right to access the content of the data and to rectify, delete or limit the processing, as well as theright to object, demand the cessation of processing and datatransfer, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any timeand the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Officefor Personal Data Protection.

4. The data of anonymous users will be kept for 30 dayswhile data of verified users will be kept for a period of 10 years,counting from the beginning of the year following the year in whichconsent to the processing of personal data was given.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our website is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products and services to you.

Section 11 - Other Agreements

We do not specifically market to children under 13.

We also agree to the individual redress principle, which requires that individuals have a right to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or a government agency to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.
