We've started this journey by solving real problems that as an organization.
We've came up with the idea for UserEngage when working on a global open source initiative. We couldn't understand why our website visitors became unengaged. For a long time we were struggling trying to make sense of Google Analytics data but haven't found the answer.
The thing is that we needed more than just knowledge about the visitor. Our goal was to find out what each visitor is looking for and then do whatever we could to make him more engaged.
We tried numerous solutions: chats, mailing tools, analytics platforms. At the end we were only frustrated with endless integrations, APIs and lost messages.
It turned out, that other companies have the same problem. They don’t want and often can't afford implementing costly and complex corporate solutions. They want to stay in touch with their customers and provide the best service one can get.
