Who is a contact?
Contact is someone either with whom you spoke on chat or whose email address you have. The number of contacts that are relevant to your account is the total number of contacts in your database.
How do I pay?
You can use your credit card to pay for any plan. If you sign up for a long term subscription and plan to spend at least $1000, we can invoice you every billing period. Contact us to start the process.
Will my pricing change over time?
If you choose monthly plan, each month UserEngage will check the total number of contacts in your database and adjust your plan. It means that for example if you go from 250 contacts to 340 contacts within a month, you will pay around $1 more.
How do the long term plan work?
When choosing the long term plan, you specify the number of contacts for which you want to be billed and make a single payment. This gives you some nice discounts. If you go above your plan quota, we will simply bill the surplus on monthly per contact basis.
When is the payment being made?
UserEngage takes the first payment right after buying the plan. The next payment takes place after a full billing period.
What is inside the assistance package?
Assistance package comes with 10 hours/month of our expert’s time. He can prepare the account for you, help you shape your automation strategy and later optiwmize it.
How do we cancel the subscription? Can we get a refund?
The account owners can change the team’s subscription level. After you cancel your subscription, the account will be active until the end of the billing period. After that it will be freezed. We do not offer refunds.
Are emails sent via SMTP counted for email quota?
Each plan comes with a huge package of free emails. Probably you will never reach your monthly quota. However the emails sent via SMTP are not counted for quota.
Can I add more products to my account later on?
Of course! You just pick the plan you want to add to your account and in 3 clicks it’s ready to use.
